The Young Explorers Summer Program for Children ages 3 to 5, will run June 17 to August 23, 2019 in three sessions:

Session 1: June 17 to July 5, $1,050.00 (3 weeks)
Session 2: July 8 to August 2, $1,400.00 (4 weeks)
Session 3: August 5 to August 23, $1,050.00 (3 weeks)

Pricing includes Early Care (7:30 - 9:00 AM) and Extended Care (3:00 - 6:00 PM).

The following information is required for a camper to be admitted to camp. All children must be current on immunizations.

In an emergency, we will contact the parent/guardian(s). In the event that you cannot be reached, please provide the following information:

Harford Day School Waiver

On behalf of my child I accept and assume any and all risks associated with his/her attendance and participation in the Early Explorers Summer Program (hereafter Program) and its activities. I understand that my child should not attend the Program if he/she is unhealthy. I understand that my child must abide by Program rules and the instructions of the Program staff. I agree that if my child is dismissed from the Program, no part of my Program tuition will be refunded. I understand that no reduction in the fee will be made for late arrival, early departure, vacations, illnesses, or injury.

I understand sunscreen (both stick and spray) are required for each camper.

I understand that my child must age 3 and potty-trained at the time of program participation.

I hereby grant the Program the following permissions:

  • In the event that I cannot be contacted in the event of an emergency, I hereby grant the Program permission to give immediate treatment and/or have my child transported to a hospital emergency room.
  • Permission is hereby granted for photographs and/or videos to be taken of my child during the Program and Harford Day School has the right to utilize them for promotional purposes.

Knowing the above facts and in consideration of the acceptance of my child's Program registration, I or anyone acting on my child's behalf, agree that neither the Program nor Harford Day School or its employees are responsible for accidents, injuries, and/or medical or dental expenses arising from my child's participation in the Program. In accordance with this agreement, I promise not to sue, and release the Program, Harford Day School, and anyone working on their behalf, from all claims of liability or expenses of any kind relating to my child's participation in camp.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Upon submission of this form, payment of a non-refundable $250 per session deposit (to be applied to the program cost) is required to reserve your child's space in the program. The deposit will only be refunded should the program be cancelled due to insufficient registrations. You will be billed for the balance of each session fee, and payment will be due 30 days in advance of the requisite session start date.

Parent/Guardian Information

Both parent(s) or legal guardian(s) must sign this Agreement in order to enroll the above named student(s). In the event of divorce, the custodial parent(s) must sign this Agreement.​​​ Please indicate marital status below.​

In accordance with MD Comm. Law Code Ann. Sec. 21-104(b)(3) the undersigned agrees that this enrollment transaction and agreement may be conducted electronically, and has placed his/her initials to evidence his/her consent to transacting in this manner.
